For $850 one would expect a nice garage (in PEI that is) but there is lots of room for a dream shop. When we moved here in 2013 there was maybe two or three homes listed at 1 millon or more. Now there are dozens. This log home would have been about $350 back then.

Prices are stalling out and purchases are slowing according to realty friend of mine. There used to be bidding wars with 12 buyers showing up ... no more.
