It's tempting. I'm deep into my coupe, but this looks like a survivor, and a "decopotable" to boot. Is this gonna be a TH350, or a Glide? Not sure where they stood on "integration" back in '66.
It would be a heavy duty powerglide. The big block glide had a heavy duty clutch and sprag. I dont think the turbo 400 was available until 1966 in full size cars only and the turbo 350 came in 67. I could be wrong on the dates but I am sure the powerglide was the only automatic in a Chevelle in 1966.
