Anyone know which size for the sending unit for the gas tank on my 65? 3/8 or 5/8 ? seems 3/8 is common for Chevelle, thanks for your help out there as you know more than I here Cheers

It would be 5/16.   only Bigblock and super high perf 327s had 3/8.

the sending units have different ohm readings that also need to be paired with the right gauge 3/8 and 5/16

64 had a different ohm rating than all other years. As long as yours is for a 65 you will be ok. You could change out your main line to 3/8 for that high peff look!!
