 The side glass is flat glass, no problem to have the glass cut once you have a pattern. I enlarged the pictures and it looks like the chrome frame that is attached to the glass has been welded together from part of the front door glass and 1/4 window glass.

 Ha!  Shows how much I know about building a custom... or glass.  I didn't know it was that easy to cut safety glass as I've accidentally shattered some in the past and it happened quite easily.

 Ha!  Shows how much I know about building a custom... or glass.  I didn't know it was that easy to cut safety glass as I've accidentally shattered some in the past and it happened quite easily.


 It takes practice to cut laminated safety glass. A good friend had a glass shop and cut lots of glass for our cars. You cant cut tempered glass as it will shatter.

 So this probably has regular glass in it then, as everything else looks like it was done low budget so far.  No matter, it's not my thing anyhow as I'd rather have it as the 2 door hardtop that they started with.
