Buddy just finished up a 454 and 700R in his 66 SS, he was seating the rings here. Says it will do this sort of burnout until you let off the gas. Hes not a burnout kind of guy and said he has never had anything with this much power. Holy smoke.

Dyno was 550 hp and 470 torque but had some carb issues and likely puts out a bit more with the carb now in the car.
