I had reserved and paid for my indoor vending spaces for the March 2020 Swap Meet but due to Covid the meet was not allowed. Now for the goodnews I was notified today the Ancaster Swap Meet is on for Oct312021

THANKS FOR THAT CHRIS, HAVE NOT BEEN TO A FLEA MARKET FOR SOME TIME.
It is usually very busy and due to not having any for the last 18+ months I expect it will be crazy busy! A mask is required and being it is on Halloween it should give me lots of options.
Havent been to Barrie for yrs do they still have parts? All I seen were clothes dishes and other useless crap?

It was a lot of garage sale leftovers, motorcycle and snowmobile parts the last time I went in 2018 fall meet Due to the lack of swap meets for 18 months it may have some automotive stuff.
Every company is planning for the next lock down which is predicted for sometine in the fall after the kids return to school. Even the idea of a no holds bared swap meet without an attendance criteria is not permitted.
Here is the regulation:
The number of members of the public in the outdoor area of the concert, event, performance or movie must not exceed 75 per cent capacity of the concert venue, theatre or cinema, or 5,000 persons, whichever is less. This can be calculated by taking the total square metres of area accessible to the public, dividing that number by 1.33, and rounding the result down to the nearest whole number.
Personally I've turned down corporate tickets to the Blue Jays games already, I know they have restrictions but I'm just not putting myself in that position mingling with thousands of people I don't know.

I'm sure that there will be restrictions on any of these events but as Ray indicates it is up to each of us to ensure our own health and to only put ourselves into situations where we are totally comfortable.
I know they have restrictions but I'm just not putting myself in that position mingling with thousands of people I don't know.
Good call.

I heard this too Chris-I sure hope then that they have more than one gate open to get in or else everyone will be there for hours trying to get in-should be no capacity limits-lets pray for good weather--Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
