  I had to save this from rotting away.  Its a 1985 C20 camper special.  It has not moved in 8 years.  I took the carb off and got it cleaned up, dumped fresh fuel into the tank, fired it up and drove it to the garage.

  It has a 454/400 trans.  Ac/cruse l, tilt, pw,pdl.

The body has 2 rust spots and it needs a repaint as all the clear is peeling off but I thought it would be a good winter project.

I'd say a lot of us would have done the same thing. Looks great and  BBC is well, a big block after all.

nice find!!

I like the newer cloth interiors that the square bodies got closer to the end of their run - sort of like what the OBS trucks got.
The best part about the squarebody interiors (in my opinion) is the padded dash - it's too bad that one has the typical cracking.

I really like that it's a carbureted one - the TBI's really limit what you can get out of them, while leaving them stock, or stock appearing.

Nice find! By the look of that interior, it's not had much use. Put a 700R behind that big block, and you'll be cruising with a smile on your face, for years!
