I recall this one being for sale a while back, possibly owner changed their mind and decided not to sell?

To me it looks like a 68 grill and dash with 69 taillights and seats. What do you see?

 Good eye, didn't look that close but 100% agree.  Definitely a 68 dash and agree grille looks like 68 as has spear in middle rather than between headlights.  68 front and rear bumpers too, and with 69 having backup lights in tail panel pretty big change.   Vent wings on 69 are only on Deluxe Hardtop too as far as Im aware, so my guess is its a 68 with just 69 taillights?  Interesting posted  as 69, wonder what registration says?
