Has anyone been watching this auction ? There has been some really serious money paid for some of these cars , and Im just curious if anyone is there ? Are the cars that good ? .Like $44,000 for a 1971 C10 , $70,000 1959 El Camino and 160,000 for a 1967 427/390 hp vette and a cloned 454 1970 Chevelle for $76,000..
Just my opinion , but those are fairly big numbers arent they ?

I was curious about the Ford Prefect (I own one). It was listed on Kijiji before the auction for $18,000 and sold for $8100. The seller probably isnt too happy.

Exactly Carl! I have an 66 L72 Vette for the same price if anyone wants it !!! Haha jeeze, thats why Im kinda wondering if its a real sale. Usually $100,000 buys that 427/390 hp vette all day long

Wow the percentage of cars selling is amazingly high. Almost every car out of the 150 has sold. I think they figured about 6 haven't sold and they have 5 cars left to sell as I type this.

I hope the guy who bought that 72 GS realizes it's not an original 455 car. The photos and blurb seem to infer that it is (showing rad shroud with 455 label etc) but the VIN clearly shows it was born with a 350.

I suspect a lot of the cars had reserves on them

if you at lot 58-a 69 pontiac convertible the description says selling with no reserve
