My El Camino was just like this morning. In fact the rear bumper was scraping as I drove to the scrap yard. It dragged it home from the lumber yard.
Its level now.

We are on the leading edge of restricting all things automotive.

Between Covid, and the Beaumont being a B.C. car, and thus having no "title", the gymnastics I went through just to get paperwork legitimizing my ownership, and getting plates for it, defy description.

This particular statute, which has gotten lots of airplay in the local media, is well-intentioned, and I have no objections.

Modifying suspensions in a way that subjects key attaching points or steering components to strains they were never intended to endure, more broadly, would be welcome, too. Lots of 3-wheeled, "slammed", Accords and Imprezas litter the shoulders of the interstates. One wonders what happens when they CAN'T get out of the traffic lanes.

I'd say it looks like people have run out of options on how to differentiate their vehicles from others.  All the good ideas have been taken, and we're left with the ones everybody would have called "stupid" in the past.

 Yup.

I see lots of pickups for sale with huge rubber and lifted so high, you need a ladder. They are already manufacturing them too high. When the drive angles and suspension is  altered this much, a quick maneuver at highway speed could put you in the woods. The wobble of death.
