They cancelled my Amazon order?

Weird. I don't get it. Why list it on Amazon with free shipping and then tell me this? No big deal but why waste our their time and my time as well as having the hassle of accepting payment and then having to do a refund? And so far the listing is still up, still says ships free from Canada from the same company.   confuse

Third party seller from Amazon. I would send the response to Amazon otherwise its just gonna happen to someone else.
Is the seller even in the Canada?

My copy and paste didn't work so well but yes, ships from Canada.

Since I first posted, I found their actual company website. Same item for sale there, same price within a dollar a $11.95 shipping in Canada. It gets more confusing all the time.
