Love it!  Wonder what they mean by "ready for next stage of restoration"?  That looks like "get in and drive" to me (except the missing back seat).

There is a Canadian Tire ad from about 4 years ago with a Flat Top pulling in to a gas station with a young boy looking out the back window.

You can't mistake these cars.

I'll try to find the commercial on YouTube.
