Yea, I'll admit I was Carl. This Curbside series is really interesting, and makes me even more interested in a 61 or 62. The fellow did a lot of things I'd expect to do at some point. I never knew the 261 never had a oil filter.

Still looking for that "right one" to come along...

 Pretty sure you are correct Carl, and chevy 6s came with a standard oil filter in 62, assume Cdn Pontiac made that same change in 62.
