Double header weekend, Pomona today.

So I made the 80 minute drive into Pomona this morning and was treated to a very nice swap meet and car show. Took me 3 hours to walk through the swap meet which was smaller than usual but still huge by my standards. Phone said over 18,000 steps which is in the 7-8 mile range. Will sleep good tonight before we go hike our 5 miles tomorrow. Few pictures of some of what was there.

Cute VW that I saw a couple years ago again. The guy bought it for $700 a few years ago and turned it into this. He even had a small ice cold Coke he sold me.

I was supposed to be there today, with a visit to the Nethercutt Museum yesterday. Unfortunately, I delayed my trip a couple months.

I was actually looking for you Clint. I was impressed how they ran it. Had to show double vaccination at the gate and if you didnt they had free rapid testing right there. Pretty good line up but I think it worked.

 I bought a spare seat belt retractor as one of mine was giving me grief. Met a guy who has a 64 Beaumont for sale there. An American who has done the Route 66 run with it. He won the top Chevelle award with it along the way. He had an almost NOS 4 speed console for sale for a 64. Otherwise just t shirts and food!
