Hope everyone is doing well!Anyone here work at a GM dealer or at the GM Oshawa plant?Just wondering when the regular cab(single)short box(bed) trucks are coming out.

Funny you mention this. This morning I saw a post on Facebook of one with Mexico plates on it. Apparently the single cab/shortbox combo is already being sold there.

Mexico had some odd GMC/Chevrolet trucks in the past. Mexico had the 1988 up style with an inline six. We only got the 4.3 V-6, probably due to emissions.

I believe Ford had one last year and GM has announced that this style will be available for the 2022 model year after a 3? year hiatus. Not sure when Dodge last had one.

Its only the base model worktruck version available. Not the high optioned big engine unit we actually want. Although Ford will build a F-150 short bed V8
