I can't find anything on the internet to identify these two. The steel one fits the 49 to 52 base model steering wheels. The plastic one came on a four spoke Camaro wheel.
There it is, the only one I didn't google, ha ha. The internet is getting more and more specific and harder to find things.
I only knew because I was working at a small town GM dealership pumping gas when those cars were being sold, and I remember driving them. I think the wheel was identical between the Vega and Camaro, unless maybe the diameter of the wheel itself was different.

I actually inherited a small collection of these caps from my brother some time ago.
I remember collecting them with him - it's almost frightening for me to say that was decadeS ago!?
