What companys are good for insurance on a car thats being built that will cover fire etc.
And what you have in it say if your garage burnt?

Hagerty offers coverage for vehicles under construction. I believe there is a requirement for occasional progress updates but not aware of any other company that offers this type of coverage.
Yes, a friend of mine just bought Hagerty on a 62 Impala wagon project. He sent it to a body shop that was totally unknown to him up to this point, so he wanted it covered.
Our local insurance agent told him there was no such thing available. Thankfully, last year I made a connection with an agent about 45 minutes from here who is an old car nut and REALLY knows insurance for them. I referred my friend to him and he had him fixed up 1-2-3.

My garage burn't down it 2017 I had cars insured with 'Vintage Insurance " in Lindsay and house Insurance & daily driver + car trailer with same broker Had a check for both lost vehicles in a matter of days, same with trailer and they were fantastic on rebuilding garage through MY CONTRACTOR!!!Won't go into problem's I had with Hagerty when my Avanti had a electrical fire but "IT WAS NOT GOOD"!!!!!!!
