Check Ames Performance. I do believe they have these in die cast chrome for around $15.00 each.

 These are the smaller from 65, same as the radio pic of the 64 radio above. Just not sure if the backing disk is correct for the radio.

Ah, ok. They just looked fatter for some reason. I was pretty sure you'd know 65 radio knobs so I was surprised!
