They are made up. These are truck canadian covers that someone stamped. If it were me I would have done the stamping font in the same block lettering as the 55 to 57 Canadian pontiac ones. And made the looms for a car or tri power.

That makes sense that these were made up. By the plug wire stands they look like big truck valve covers. If they were well done they would be a nice addition to a Canadian Pontiac. I agree that GM Canada would have used the same font as the 265/283 valve covers because the tooling was already available.
