Anyone know this 64 wagon in Manitoba?

We went to Clear Lake in Riding Mountain National Park this week. While we were out for a walk we saw this guy around town 2-3 times. I think I've seen the car before but anyone know him? I sure do love his car!

It is a south Winnipeg car -i had seen it at a house on one of the side streets off of Pembina  hwy when I was on a bike ride a couple of years ago

MY BEAUMONT HAS 4 STUDDED TIRES AND 2 BLOCKHEATERS......AND LOTS OF OIL UNDERNEATH.  The other one has a longer roof.
