A special thanks to Chris who helped me unload my Impala onto the 3 indoor table that i had booked. Chris kept tabs on me by checking in ocasionally and when he left on Saturday his vending partner who stayed for the weekend continued to follow up with me and make sure i was still standing.
My watch keeps track of my steps and on Saturday I managed 8000 and on Sunday i rested a bit more and only did 4000 steps.
Not much interest in my collection of 67 parts but did manage to sell some stuff. Last sale of 2 on Sunday for a rear view mirror with the day night option to a fellow building a T bucket..... for $2.00
Didn't get rich, but a worth wile run for the chev. and some interesting conversions, but not much real bartering.
Had my Canadian Poncho flyers on the table and that was always a good talking point. Gave out 5 flyers and one person said he was a member. Distributed about 250 of my business cards along with a pitch about buying my IMPALA
Saturday car show was well attended, abut 900 paid admissions reported, Sunday a little sparce. The car show was in the ball park. Many outside vendors with an assortment of items scattered throughout the park area. Indoor at the rink there were only 6 vendors and one packed up at noon on Sunday. I stayed both days till 4.00 pm
Staff at the arena made sure i got all loaded up and got my Impala out of the ice rink damage free.
Satiffied with my weekend.
2 hour trip both ways.
Wife got out the covid test kit and got checked out real quick.... All ok.
