This is a first. My EGR code returned on the Buick so I ordered a Delco EGR Valve from Rock Auto early last week. It made it as far as Calgary (from Pheonix) and it's not moving. The tracking states "Delayed" and "No scheduled delivery date at this time".
Hopefully it starts to move this week. At least the car runs ok.
If it's now past their original delivery date, open a claim with Rock. They will monitor for 1 more week, if it doesn't show, they will replace. Had it happen a month ago.
The lost shipment showed up an hour after the replacement, I could pay for it or return, so I put in return. The value of the parts was less than shipping so got to keep both orders.
