I found a contact in North Carolina that has the mould for the Canadian Pontiac/Chevrolet wheels. its not cheap but if anyone is interested I can provide the contact details. for a complete restoration of the wheel includes base chromed and two toned clear and colour is $1950 USD.
Many do their own, v groove cracks, base clear on the colour.
