interesting car from this past sundays car show - Canadian Valiant 2 door htpwith a 273 and 4speed


factroy equpped per the owner - i thought he had put a later model 340 in tit

 

first time seen ( by me anyway ) at the sunday night car show)

 

Note the late model corvette rims on it- I asked the owner how he did that - he  said basiically he  built the car around them

dad bought a new 66 2dr that 6 out of 7 of us kids learn to drive in. I always have to take and extra look when i see one at the show. Cant say i have ever seen a 4 speed one

Friend had a dual point hi revving barracuda 273, forget, it may have been solid lifter. Think it was a 1965.

The Formula S was the high performance 1st gen Barracuda. Neat car and the funny thing is they came with single exhaust.

 We still have a 65 Barracuda out in the field with factory 225 slant six 4 speed hurst shifter car

 60's ish guy? It looks like it could be Ed's car. He lives about 15 miles north of me.

He must have put a stub chassis on the front or something, as it appears to be missing all of its inner fender structure (which was necessary for structural integrity in those cars).
