Looking for a 60’s temperature sender

Looking for a temperature sender with a pin style connector like the one in the picture. This is for a light not a gauge so its just a switch. Let me know if you have something671809CE-1920-46F5-9A7C-E11420C1FF82.jpeg for sale. Most of the new ones have a spade or button connection

You want new only, or is used ok?

If used works, I can likely get one for you next week.

Used is fine Carl. I can clean it up purdy. Lol

I run a gauge as well just was looking for the right sender so that I can hook my wire up and not have to swap connectors

Ok, I'm hoping to be in a wrecking yard next week where I know he will have a number of them. I'll make a note to grab one. Just let me know if someone helps you out before the end of this week.

Ok, and when I checked, I found about 4 of those! I thought I had one with the round pin like you showed in the first picture but I can't find it now.

Not even sure how to describe a guy that you have never actually met before, who responds to a thread you start who then does the following:

Asks you if you are looking for a new or used part
Looks through his parts to see if he has one
After he finds he doesn't, he makes a trip to a wrecker to see if he can find you one
He finds the part you are looking for
Sends you a picture
Gets you a shipping quote
Ships it before you have even sent him the minuscule amount of cash he asked for
Packages it with care
Then when you open it, you find out he's spent time cleaning it!!!

Ill just say.thats a very special gentleman!

Wow, kind words Rob. You missed the part about you sending me more money than I asked for though, like enough money to buy more than just a coffee and donut at Tim's!

Anyway, I appreciate the compliment and I hope that switch does a good job plugging the hole and keeping your engine looking original.
