58 Courtesy Lamp Switch Removal.

Ok, I give up. What size allen key removes the knob, and how do you get the switch out of the dash?

Thanks in advance!!

Allan

Can you post a photo of the switch & knob?

I'm wondering if maybe it's not an Allen wrench....1958 might be too early for Allen.

Might just be a flat head screw.

A light soap and water with a brush and a couple if different side views for photos.

Is that part if the glove box, can it come out as part of the glove box.

Sorry,

Forgot about this thread. There is a small Allen screw on the knob and then a nut (similar to a radio nut) holding the switch to the dash. I'll take a photo this evening.
