69 Beaumont/2015 Cadillac STS marriage

I was talking to my neighbour the other day. He bought a 69 Beaumont to restore. (He has a body shop)

Started digging into it, frame was too rusty. He has a 2015 Cadillac CTS4 turbo he parted out, still has the main part of the car including powertrain. He's putting the Beaumont body on the Caddy chassis with powertrain. I'm going to have to get over to his shop to take a look!

At least rear wheel and I think it might even be all wheel drive.

That drivetrain as installed in the Cadillac was good for 272 HP and 295 ft lbs torque, 0 to 60 in 5.6 and 1/4 mile in 14.2.

 He said it is about an inch off and he will be able to compensate for that. I'm itching to see the build!
