I watched that video earlier and it looks like the brake rotor is still attached to the wheel. Maybe the front hub bearing failed?

Its those damn lifted trucks with the wheel spacers to make the wheels stick out way past the fenders. Always said it was too much strain on the spindles, and heres the proof
