78 = Parisienne 8 cylinder

67 = convertible

Sorry, I don't know the top colours

772419 = sequential body number

C = white

934 = red interior on a convertible

B70 = padded dash

 The first number of the serial number is the year on Canadian built cars up to 1966. So 3 would be 1963. It cant be 1953 as there wasnt a Parisienne in 1953.

 Yes the  37867 makes it a 63 Parisienne V8 convertible
