He doesn't mince the words. Love this guy! It's easy to see why Pontiac failed when you hear they didn't even listen to customer focus groups.

Interesting thing is the Buick Rendezvous (basically the same car but more visually appealing) sold fairly well.

As a new body style, it was ahead of its time, a car based CUV/SUV. BMW, Honda, Toyota, did things as homely as this in more recent years, like the Venza.
