56 Chevy Hubcaps on a 59 Pontiac

Hey yall, I recently bought a 59 Parisienne and it has 15" chevy hubcaps, well it had 15" chevy hubcaps. two were already off and one came off on the test drive. Came to find out they were glued on. Is there any way to make these fit? There appear to be holes where it would be possible to install spring clips like modern caps but I have no idea if this is even a thing?

May be older than 56, the clips are available reproduction to hold hubcaps on rims, listed up to 1953 on sites Ive seen.
