Houston, we have a problem....

Coming home from the local bunnings hardware store today with some bits for a 67 caravan I am fixing up a bit so my son can do barbering at home.

went through a roundabout slowly, down to first and hit the load pedal. Number one piston didn't want any of it and left out the side of the block...I think the car gods were trying to tell me I needed a new bottom end for the blower

A blown motor vs. a truly blown motor.
So your blower needs a new engine under it. Any plans?

Thats some impressive hardware will you do a csi? A friend had his fathers 350 in a 75 impala do this at 10,000 miles or some, figured out from the pieces one of the rods let go from not being torqued at the factory. Car was about 5 years old and not driven much, never in winter, and never hard.

Yep! 454, forged crank, quality rods and quality blower pistons. Can't decide 4 bolt or 2 bolt block. Things aren't cheap downunder. A used 4 bolt block is $1750....
