Should be something like these,

Cragar Standard Mag Lug Nut 7/16"-20 with Offset Washer Set of 20 Pcs : Amazon.ca: Tools & Home Improvement

I suspect that those are late 70s or 80s American Racing Rims

They are Superior Industries and those wouldn't work, oblong/oval vs round...

I had a set of American Vectors that were drilled like that. There are for 2 different bolt circles, 4.5/4.75. The bolt goes thru the wheel and rests against the inside shoulder on the 4.5" and the outside shoulder on the 4.75" wheel.
The washer does NOT go in the hole, the washer is over an 1/8" thick. I sold the wheels, but still have the wheel bolts/nuts....

Yes. Rims that have an oval bolt hole, are called uni-lug and they require the lug nut and washer combination in order to work. The washer covers the whole oval, so it is not seen. I have a set of Cragar SS wheels that are uni-lugs and use a lug nut and washer combination.

Washers were specific shape and size depending on brand. Each brand had their own and they couldnt be mixed. Also, it is critical that the bolt tightness is checked on occasion, especially on aluminum rims. If they loosen up, they can ruin the rim. As a note, they dont produce unilug rims anymor, because of this fact.
