Went to a butcher shop today, they mostly grow all their own animals. Not sure what they import. Oultons meats near Windsor NS
We bought lamb and beef.
They had for sale yak, llama, kangaroo, camel, wild boar, ground crocodile, antelope, bison, water Buffalo. They had a kangaroo on site in a pen, I was surprised to see.
You guys have a butcher like this?

Our's doesn't have exotic meats but they have really good beef. The beef is processed right on the farm. That's fresh! A small farm down the road does chickens and turkeys and they are fantastic.
I remember sitting at a bar in the 70s and ordering a beer. When the bartender opened the door to get my beer I could see a side of meat hanging in the cooler. The bartender said it was moose from the butchers next door. They were having an inspection and moose wasnt on the list of meats they were allowed on their license. Good thing it wasnt a surprise inspection.
