Didnt know his grandfather was from Rose Blanche, Nfld. I had met some Buffetts from Cape Breton who were related to him.
Rose Blanche is a very remote area on the south coast, probably the fog capital of Canada.

Boy, did that song ever launch an empire. Back in '77 it was all over the radio waves.

I remember back in the early 80's there was a feature in a magazine featuring his white '63 Falcon Futura Sprint V8 4-speed convertible.

You know what they say, the first million is the hardest.
Jimmy made the most of his success, to his credit.

Let's hope that he also remembered to strengthen the things that remain.
