Actually I prefer E-transfer. No risk giving him your email that I know of and when I'm selling I prefer it over Paypal. If a scammer uses Paypal, he can say he never got the item and almost always Paypal will side with the buyer. They will take the money away from you that he sent. With an E-transfer, once you deposit the money it's your money, he can claim he never got his stuff but that doesn't matter.

You should use a password e transfer not an automatic acceptance. If you get the rt and release the goods, apparently scammers have been able to cancel the payment and get their money back if it happens within say 24 hours of being sent. Or use a separate bank account for these e transfers and take all the money out immediately so there is no chance of them getting the money back?
