Hmm. I always said 65's were great parts cars for 66's! Manual trans pedals too. Not that I need them, I already have a spare set to sell but hey, they don't come up too often.
If I remember right that's about 75 minutes from here.

I look at those door panels and realize mine weren't so bad after all! That steering wheel medallion is hard to come by in good shape and it looks good.
its in a place called Gunton just about 40 miles north of winnipeg-at a body shop wrecking yard business called interlake surplus - the owner has been trying to sell that car for a long time- he seems to have his price set at $ 1500
It's not impossible. My uncle had a 65 Laurentian 4 door 3 on the tree. He ordered a posi and it came with a 12 bolt. I'm betting it had F40 but I was too young to know stuff like that. I just remember my brothers saying his car was a 12 bolt posi.

At least I didn't let someone steal it! And hopefully I didn't run the price up on someone here who was bidding? On the other hand, I hope a site member bought it?

What did it go for?
I remember going to Gunton as a kid, they had an army surplus store with sell off Canadian army combat clothing, pants and jackets etc.
I figured my cap was $500 sitting in our driveway and worked my back until I arrived at my max bid. Buyer's fee, taxes and hauling it home came out to about $160 so that's why I quit when I did.
