Straight looking car and very rare, should sell quick? Unless some major surprise somewhere along the way.

It looks like a '64 Acadian Canso with a '63 hood emblem & grille. In the ad it says FACTORY V8, that has got to be very rare. That year only, the V8 was an option on 6-cylinder Chevy IIs & Acadians, which were drastically down on sales after losing the hardtop coupe & convertible for '64.

The Chevy 11 for 1964 was a. first year for a V8 Only a 283-2 Barrel Carb so I would think that the 283 was also available for Acadians. The fender flag is a Chevrolet emblem, not correct emblem for an Acadian.

still having a hard time getting over the sunroof, nice car did a v8 come in a 64 post car i wonder
1964 was the year that Chevy IIs & Acadians were posts only. O.K, the Chevy II Nova hardtop & Nova SS in the U.S. came back mid-64 but not until '65 in Canada. The 283 was offered for everything in the line.
