I havent used this in particular..
but we have a similar type of flexible extension for our spool gun (miller 30A spool gun) . same idea
there isnt any reason it wouldnt work if you've got gas, good electrical continuity, decent liner and a nozzle.
I didnt look it up (the one in the vid) is it cheap?

I just glanced at one site and I think it was around $270.
