Hey there, could anyone please suggest a reputable shop in west GTA (Burlington/Oakville) where i could check oil/gas leaks, maybe tune the carburetor up prior to safety inspection/registration?

Look into CAA for a reputable approved auto shop on Burlington, Oakville, or Hamilton.

Call caa  using *222 for assistance and explain what you are looking for.  As a CAA member you are often offered a discount on you bill.

I have been a member since 1954 and have had a number of Tilt and Load service calls over the years.

 

The initial cost for the plus might seem high but the 3 free tows make up for it.

 

At one year I went on the cheap and used up my

Drop by Burlington Tire on Harvester Road near Appleby Line. The owner, Dave, has a 64 Impala. They have done work on my 58 Chev wagon and my 61 Impala when the task is beyond my ability.
