Last minute, Ontario Mini Meet.

I had parts from Carl, belonging to Golden Horseshoe members and they were gathering dust in my shop.

I decided to just head down there and drop them off.

The Ancaster Cruise in was a nice central location.

I tried to invite as many B-bodies as I could.

The 3 that showed up were well received by cruise goers.

Thanks Mark and Phill for coming out !

That was fun !

PS, Mark, I offered to pay for the Pizza.

I owe you two dinners now wink

That was a great little get together. The drive there and back home was just beautiful. Great to meet Phil with his 70 and compare it to the 69.

And the pizza is on the house Randy, cheers.

Great to see Phil's 70 Parisienne. It's another car I've sold parts for.

I grew up near there in Ancaster. If you could go back to the latter 70's there were 2 1970 Pontiac 2+2s that lived less than a half mile east of that Canadian Tire. Original paint cars both, one was a Black Cherry coupe with a black vinyl top, black interior with black & white houndstooth cloth buckets, factory grey & white side stripes; the other was an Autumn Gold convertible that looked like the one in the brochure right down to the stripes. Both cars had 300-horse 350s.

The speaker grill looked like it was always there.

Phil used a red rear armrest as a template for the hole.

That red rear armrest came to me from Mark 8 years ago.

Small world full of good car people.
