Bumper guards are shared between Beaumonts & Chevelles for a given year.
1966 style has no rubber insert while the 1967 style does.

And be careful because apparently there's an issue if you mix and match a repro bumper with original guards, they don't fit. Or is it the other way around, original bumper and repro guards? I forget now.
