Could this be related to the interior light switch?

Switch the left rear LED turn signal bulb with the right and see what happens.

Ensure the left rear signal/running has a good ground. The running lamp when on might rob the flasher sides ground.

I might add, I think LED's are particularly sensitive to this. Even though they take less current to light, below a certain threshold they will not light at all.

Not sure I have explained the situation , lights off everything works as it should including the left turn signal, park lights ,left signal works but right turns on both front park lights, head lights on ,everything works but the right turn signal at rear?

beginning to think it is somehow wired to the park lights at rear which do not exist but license plate lights do?

1st thing. What happens when put in a 1157 bulb? Need a load to trigger flasher relay. LED carry no load

Can't do that as flasher is designed for LED

Is that not easy to replace? Can you try 1157's and an old flasher?

Sure sounds like a bad ground. Bulbs are back feeding through the other circuit to find a ground. Front right and left rear. Clean the sockets and make sure the bulb has a good ground.

Some LED bulbs are designed to be installed in only one orientation. Remove the bulb from socket, turn it 180 degrees, reinstall and test.

I have no LED experience. Now I'm curious!  Are you saying an 1157 replacement (LED) can be installed 180* off? Because a normal 1157 won't allow you to do that.

Youre saying here, everything works but the right turn signal light- then last post says left turn signal does not work?

You also say a signal light turns on both front park lights?

Im thinking your car should only have parking lamps on front and rear when light switch is pull out to the first stop. When headlights are on, the front parking lamps turn off, rear lamps are on when headlights are on. Is that what happens for you?

What did you change now on this car when you added leds? Did you have regular bulbs before and they worked properly?

This might not be the cause but I had a similar issue that after many hours of search and checking turned out to be on of the contacts in the bottom of the socket had shifted off location and was causing a short to ground. It had happened when inserting new LEDs into the socket to replace old bulbs. Simple check that could be your issue

I had this situation with #168 LED bulbs in the dash. I put in Philips brand ($$) and the instructions even tell you to reorient the bulb. I had to turn a few around to get em to work.

I was just guessing that maybe the 1157 LED bulb we're talking about could have a similar design (orientation sensitive), but ya I forgot that the 1157 socket design forces you to put the regular bulb in only one way.  I have 1157 LEDs I still need to install, and a LED compatible flasher ... haven't gotten to it yet

ok lets try this again so all the lights work ,left turn works, but turn on the headlights and the left rear turn signal does not work but everything else does? new socket is in.bulbs are all new and that one has been swapped with no difference.this car has no reverse lights

only license plate lights.

So you've tried swapping bulbs around into the left rear from other locations?

And have you tried running a known good ground to the left rear socket?

As some suggestions have been, a new bulb or a good ground often cures something like this.

So have you done any other electrical system changes than what you just said- other than change to all leds? And all was working fine before you installed leds?

Do both brake lights work with the headlights on? The brake lights use the same element.

If not a ground and from all you are saying you did to check the problem, the only other issue would be a bad signal light switch.
