GM of Canada disc brake rally wheel caps?

Are these caps without bow tie that just say disc brakes for our GM Canada rally wheels?

Yes, but the center caps have no writing at all. Just black circles

Thanks. So GM Canada rally wheel caps had no writing at all for drum brakes and disc brakes?

If you can snag those, grab them. Those are tough to find.

It appears that in at least 67 the disc brake Pontiacs, Beaumonts and Acadians with disc brakes used the caps in your picture, at least on the front and maybe all the way around the car.

You bet! The 1967 full size Canadian Pontiac Rally wheel set I have has all four caps that have "Disc Brakes" on them. As Carl says, it may have been been just a 1967 thing when they first were an option.

Thanks for the info. I think there are just two available from this seller.
Were rally wheels an option for the full size Pontiacs in 1967? I looked through the brochure and the dealer order sheet and didnt see it.

I got my set from a 1967 2+2 with disc brakes.  i think the rallys were included with the disc brake option. They were 5" x 15 inch rims so still looked kind of wimpy on a car that big. I tried running them on my 66 Beaumont for a while and they still looked lost under there too. Kinds rare but not particularly desirable unless you really want to be original.

Even if it's only a pair, grab them. That's a good price and they are a tough find.

Seems to me I tried them on and they really did not look right at all on that car.  Either original wheel covers or the wider rallys seem to be a better choice although you have your own tastes i guess.

I ran them on my 4 speed Grande Parisienne way back when and really liked them but yes, we all have different tastes and that's a good thing!

Some guys like Beatles music, some don't. You know........

They are in Ontario so close to some of you guys. I don't have a disc brake car so they wouldnt work for me.
Id like a set with no words if I could find them.

Do you know about these? Very similar reproduction cap and easy to obtain. I've bought them and been happy with the quality of them.

I inquired about the disc brake caps, but the seller said he just sold them. If someone here bought them I'd be interested in acquiring them from you. Thanks
