Back in the 1980s when I lived downtown in Toronto, I would walk to the Toronto Reference Library at Yonge & Church / Davenport and have the librarian retrieve issues of Track & Traffic Canada. You could not sign them out as they stayed in the library.
A portable scanner would've been a helpful thing to take there, but in the late 80's was there such a thing?
