How ridiculous!

It reminds me of the awkward scene in "The Quest for The Holy Grail" when they call out a tiger in the thicket that turned out to be 2 people in a single tiger costume who had no valid explanation for doing so.

There's a big difference between a cartoon bear and the hungry, muscle-bound real thing.

You've really got to wonder about somebody who puts on a bear suit to commit insurance fraud. That person's whole modus operandi is faulty.
