Watford is a very small town and this is the only place in Watford that would have a car and a collection like this.

Grogans is also the dealership that appears to have been ripped off of many classic cars over the last 10 or so years.
It's been all over the news lately.

I've been to the Grogan collections and it's quite impressive, but overpriced.

 Also I think the vinyl top wasn't factory, it has the D99 belt mldg option on the trim plate, not the C08 option. 

The car does look great with the black vinyl top. Good eye Don regarding the kick panels!

 Just one more thing I either never knew or forgot when I started getting those monthly old age pension cheques.

Center caps are correct along with the side stripes it looks correct and placed well just missing the side moldings good luck finding them, and side markers are also correct for a 68. Tail pipes should be strait out the back and have the oval tips and yes it's very nice car overall other than engine details way over priced if not a #s matching car all original and documented car from day one.

Are you thinking of the 69 SD that had the oval tips, same as the 69-70 Chevelle? Because 68 didn't use those.  and yes it's very nice car overall other than engine details way over priced if not a #s matching car all original and documented car from day one.

 I had an almost new 68 SD 396 in 1969 and these are not the same caps. As stated here these 'shallow' caps are 67 only.

My 68 still had the orig exhaust being less than a year old and it exited behind the rear tires without any special extension.

 Bernie, the 68-69 rally wheel caps on the Beaumont are the same as 67 if the cars don't have disc brakes though, right? Just that if you got disc brakes on a 67 you got rally wheels with the "DISC BRAKES" ornament on the centre cap? And 68-69 were the small ornament but plain, no writing at all.

 IMHO GM only supplied the small caps for 67. The larger cap that came out in 68 did not have script IIRC.....

Pretty sure 68 onward only had the larger cap and no script. From 66 thru to late 80s my brother had several used car lots

and we would pickup many trades from new dealers and drive them for a while then change up as we sold them. I was

very particular on the trim levels and they started calling me the 'Emblem Master' as I would notice any wrong emblems or similar

trim replaced or misplaced by body shops.

Body shops then were notorious for ripping off wheel discs and hub caps for their own and putting someting else in place and hope no

one noticed - but I did!

So, these are the correct centercaps for the 68 and 69 Beaumonts with disc brakes? Sorry for the blurry picture.

In AMA SPECIFICATIONS - PASINGER CAR  says you could get front disc brakes only in every model Beaumont code J52 you could get rally wheels from the dealer so disc brake or no disc brake center caps work on any 1968 Beaumont. If you look at the 68 dealer brochure on the last page of wheel cover options it shows a wire wheel cover that uses the same center caps as a rally wheel with no script. On a 68 Beaumont NO TALL CAPS.
