Wow, what a price. Tough call. We can certainly guess where it's made. I wonder how the tolerances are?

If it's for a cruiser and if you can set up the gears that they don't howl, why not? It's not a huge $ investment if it's junk but the inconvenience of having to swap it out if it's junk sure doesn't appeal...

Says it fits a 64 biscayne- it wont fit the stock 64 x frame. Sure is a low price.
