Its interesting, that, they keep the pedals the same (except move to right) but the gear selector for the 3 speed is on the left (and/or they turned the column over) The 4 ways are normally on the right? or left ? I wonder why there were so many 4 doors and 4 door hardtops Exported would they have been surplus (as in slow selling) cool stuff...
I am guessing the bell housing and related hardware is normal....
It would be normal to have column-mounted transmission levers on the left of the column on rhd cars. The bell housing would presumably be different because of the clutch operation. Carb linkages differed of course. I would have thought that the heater was a recirculating type.

Steering column has an offset in it. How does the offset direction compare to the lhd North American cars? This should tell us if its just been flipped over. Different column than the 65 posted. Also this one has a knob on the ashtray - how does this compare?
What motor would be in it?
Has anyone sent for a pic of the data tag?

Its a 1964 chevelle dash. Mirror image plastic mold.
The original chevelle emblem is cast as part of the dash, so it looks like they just changed the lettering in the casting before injection moulding the RHD dashes
Emblem would not be removeable
What the heck are those hubcaps anyway?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

MY BEAUMONT HAS 4 STUDDED TIRES AND 2 BLOCKHEATERS......AND LOTS OF OIL UNDERNEATH. The other one has a longer roof.
As far as i know, the entire dash is one moulded fiberglass or plastic piece. I mean the ENTIRE thing from door to door. You cant remove the silver insert, its all one piece
Ya, looks like heater delete to me too

On my 67 Nova RHD Wagon, the steering column is the opposite of the LHD (shifter on the left). It is not just rotated over. The dash used in the 66 and 67 RHD cars were from earlier 65 RHD Nova's. I would guess to save on retooling. Usually they are heater delete because the master cylinder is located about where the heater motor would be. The throttle and transmission linkages are special and run over to the usual side of the transmission and carb. The RHD changes are shown in the 66 and 67 Nova Assembly Manuals. I have never seen a Beaumont RHD.
If you do a Google search on V R Classic cars,it takes you to a page where one of the sites translates what they say is from Thialand. At vrclassiccar.com,the homepage shows quite a few old, foreign vehicles for sale.
The 1964 vs. 1965 Chevelle dashes are different in that the 1964 face is flat whereas the 1965 face is Vee'd. Supposedly the 1964 Chevelle dash would reflect the light from the instruments onto the windshield at night, so they Vee'd the dash face and deepened the shrouds for the gauges for 1965. The RHD Chevelles & Beaumonts through 1967 all continued to use a 1964-style RHD Chevelle dash.
When I visited Indonesia I rode around in some manual column-shifted RHD vehicles. You shift with your left hand in the same H pattern as familiar; that is up and towards you is reverse, down and towards you is first, away and upwards is second, and away and down is third. I also rode is some Mitsubishi minivans with 4-speed column shifts. Forget it!
When I was in Bali I saw a 1962 RHD Chevy Impala Sport Sedan with a RHD 1961-style Pontiac dash. No heater in that whale either, but in Bali you do not want a heater
