RE: Started work on my Acadian 327 tonight

I haven't sent it back yet. I am waiting to see if maybe I can help him out by selling it locally. If not, I believe I can get the duty back but if not, it was only 28 bucks.

Yes, easy to install although I had the car on a hoist. Not much more than an hour. Left home at about 6:15, 15 minute ride with the car on the trailer, unloaded it, pushed it inside, installed, drove out and loaded on the trailer, tied it down and back home again by about 8:15. 2 hours total and a bunch of that was travel time, loading, doing tie downs etc.

I am happy with the fit. Left side was perfect, right side took me a bit longer sliding pipes to the right spot on the muffler until I got it right. I may still do a couple of minor tweaks on the hoist another night. Now I need to make an appointment for an alignment and then go peel some rubber!

Wow that is a great sound to it, perfect to my ears. If I belong to this forum long enough I might even see this car actually on the road. It will be nice.

Well, we might just happen to have a spare room with a view and it's only 6 miles off the Trans Canada. My Acadian won't likely be there though!
